They had a chair advertised as in stock on their website. I paid for said chair, received a confirmation email. Then silence. 2 weeks go by, I email asking when chair will arrive. A week later I receive my reply "it should have said on the website its on back order. Will be here in 4 weeks. 5 weeks go by, I email them," is my chair on the way? " Ten days later a reply," there is a delay, we're expecting it in a week" 2 weeks later I phone them. 20 minutes on hold, the guy answers. "ah yes, the chair has arrived on a container and we're currently working through customers with delivery dates. It will be with you Monday or Tuesday. HALLELUJAH I cry and thank him for his time. 2 weeks and no chair later I call again. " Still no chair, I'd like a refund please" "Is it because we haven't delivered your chair?" "OF COURSE IT'S BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T DELIVERED MY #*#@*#+ CHAIR" In short, they advertise stuff on their websites (boss living and stone butterfly) that they don't have in stock. AVOID

Don't buy from this company. Ordered an item that was apparently in stock and would have next day delivery. Hadn't heard anything for a week so called and they said they it would be a further 4 weeks at least as they were waiting on a delivery. Called 4 weeks later and it sounds like they forgot to order the item, told me it would be a further 4 weeks at least. it will be at least 2 months for an item that was supposed to be next day delivery, and that is if they even remember to order it this time.

Ordered some skirting and architrave from this company. Comms were non existent, and it took well over 2 weeks for the goods to be delivered as the driver wasnt in the area !! To top it off I have now unwrapped the architrave to find that 1 side isnt primed so Im now going to have to purchase some mdf primer and do it myself. My advice would be to look elsewhere if you want a company that delivers on time and provides quality goods not ones that are half finished. Very disappointed and wouldnt use them again.
