I worked there for short time, staff very clicky, don't always speak to other staff, no interaction with residents, would not recommend, residents do what they want, nothing gets done or said

My Nan was recently a resident here. But thanks to the home not monitoring their staff members health she sadly contracted Corona virus and passed away five days later. She started to go down hill rapidly but Aaron court said there was no need to worry. After numerous arguments three days after her covid test came back positive the home reluctantly called the doctor. They then shipped her out to the hospital without her glasses and teeth. During her three days in hospital and leading up to her death nobody from the home attempted to contact us to see how she was. I strongly believe that if you are able to do so then you move your relatives out of this hell hole. CQC has been informed and an investigation is underway.
