Used them for out move and paid for pack and move which they did NOT pack. One of the movers said of look blankets on table/ TV we've packed. We hired a Luton ourselves and packed most items they did the bulky items. Most movers were well mannered a couple including the lead used curse words and were not professional and again we paid for packing and they did not provide and they dismantled and did not re assemble furniture and also placed items in wrong rooms. Would not recommend.

We contacted a few removal companies to move a piano from the sellers house to mine. After speaking with we ended up going mnm removals. Not only with a great value I can also book in a time slot that was convenient to the seller, they called me when they were close and were very professional throughout. We would highly recommend using this company and will definitely be using them again. The guys that came were very helpful and protected the inside of our house and the piano show on arrival to make sure there is no damage.

I used this service to move us - they arrived late by 2.5 hours - the team in general worked hard to load and unload but the punctuality was zero! The job was under estimated by the estimator and there were not enough vehicles on site to complete the job hence the multiple trips! Whilst loading one van, the second one disappeared and therefore we had to provide the tools etc. Because of the lateness and under estimation it got so late in the night that they can struggled to unload boxes in the correct rooms although every room had a label of what it is called! We paid extras for dismantling and reassembling beds - however the reassembly could not be done due to time constraints and so my husband had to plough through. When it came to us paying the bill they were quick to ask for it and we paid the full amount on the day without arguing as it was nearly midnight. I have since then been trying to follow up and the person who came to estimate has sent no response and when i spoke to another employee - the response was that the above is not a complain and none of this was there fault?! Worries me how a company can just say this and try and get away! And i forgot to mention earlier no response or acknowledgement to the damage caused! I did not estimate the job so how can it be my fault?! Rest assured I shall not be recommending! Service: Local moving
