        I hoped to buy a watch today for my sons graduation. Staff looking down their nose at me based on my appearance. Very forceful and corrective of my accent!! Needless to say I will not spend my money with an organisation that treats people in this way. Definitely a pretty woman moment!! Your loss!!

        Pragnells Leicester really is an incredible place to shop, they came through for me today with the purchase of my dream Rolex. What a team! Special mention for the outstanding service from Russell and Barbara who really looked after me, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, they are very professional, genuine, and very knowledgeable about their pieces. Will be back very soon with my wife to tempt her into some new jewellery! Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable experience, highly recommend!
