        Agree with many people in the reviews about the rudeness and then trying to put blame on patients. There are better surgeries out there that will give better service with kind communication and better treatment. I would not recommend the surgery because of the impoliteness and not putting blame on customer.

        Do not recommend that GP at all. Why? Doctor has no patience for customer. Do not listen what patient have to say. I have to beg almost 1 year for prescription for my chronic disease (even if I bring all documents and test I have done to prove it by specialist from my country). I've never felt like I get help that I need. Very rude doctor overtalk customer. Disregard for mental health problems.

        un co-operative reception staff. but the lead Dr is very helpful understanding and provides excellent service, shame he has such rude people on front of house team.

        I have never come across such rude and unprofessional staff and doctor. On top of that they decide it is okay to give a bad referal for their own negligence that they did not fix. Do not fix any issues and definitely would not recommend to go to this GP. Agree with other lady who wrote a review about her experienxw.
