        What service, with 5 days to go before a 2000 mile European Tour my gearbox decided to lose 6th gear. One phone call later and Kieran insisted if the parts were available he would have it repaired in time, even if he had to pull an all-nighter. Luckily all the parts were available and sure enough it was ready for the day before my trip. It had had a full gearbox strip and 6th gear replaced. It's still going strong having completed another 5000 miles. I've never had such service anywhere before and needless to say I will never be going anywhere else.
