Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Their phones are always closed so you can't call absent or for an emergency. My payslips are wrong and one time they called me in for an hour and told me to go home and said they won't pay me, even though an agency worker needs 4 hours minimum pay. Your only option is to take your holidays, you can't cash it out. No overtime pay. Night shift + day shift rates are the same. Only have this place as your last option.

Dont work here, wages arent paid on time and staff are unhelpful. Proper training and explanations on how to access payslips or where to upload bank details etc arent provided, find a different agency and avoid walkers/adecco altogether

My partner was a former employee at PepsiCo and got cancelled today after working there for 8 months in SRDC department picking orders the place is not run how it should the manger ( Lisa ) picks on all the staff mostly if u are from a different adency saying u never work hard enough even tho there is issues in the factory and she never come in to the factory to speak to the staff to know about the issues for example cranes getting blocked constantly so u can use them printers not working stocks is never there then u are having to put the pick on hold for u to come back and still no stock and it could take up to 1-2 hours before there is even stock even there then cuz of no stock there u only get half the time to pick the order they do not pay any extra for overtime or bank holidays PepsiCo is a good place to work but the adency is ran every poorly and wouldnt recommend working for them to anyone very disappointed with this place as I really did enjoy working there (Adam)
