        I would like to say a big thank you to nurse Sally R who was extremely understanding with my appointment. I had a really bad previous experience with another nurse. Sally was great, caring and so lovely.

        The star is for Kayleigh because she's the only helpful receptionist, if you want an appointment, hope its Kayleigh who picks up else theyll probably hang up which is what happened to me when I tried to make an appointment for my poorly daughter. Then just pray you get the single helpful doctor who will actually examine you instead of fobbing you off, which is what happened to my dad when they misdiagnosed him with a water infection when it was actually bladder cancer.
