DO NOT trust or use this company! The guarantees are false, they do not stand up to their word and will fob you off with extremely poor and fabricated excuses. Totally disgusting service. We are so disappointed that we have paid Verdi thousands of pounds, and am writing this to warn anyone not to fall for them.

Recently had all Windows and doors in our house, myself and partner are very happy with the quality of the products and the standard of work from the installers, from the first meeting the process was easy, all questions answered and great communication, the team were great and not pushy at all, What I asked for is what I got, customer service was great and I was kept up to date all the way through the order. Very happy and will definitely be using again when we decide to move in the future. Made the house look alot more modern, warmer and there is also less traffic noise. We have already had many compliments already Many thanks

My partner contacted them yesterday regarding a quote to repair some windows, they advised a quote can be given for repair as well as replacement, and both of us needed to be present and a date was set for today. He arrived, took my partner into another room to discuss, I was working in another room but available as they requested. He then advised they didn't repair windows but could give us a replacement cost. She went ahead with this not realising it would take almost an hour! She then got given a 'lower' quote for over 4000 for 4 windows, this was obviously a no, to which he said he needed to 'call the office to say it's a no' and magically a lower offer appeared but only if we took it out today. This was 45 minutes in and was a MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME so she advised she wasn't interested. At no point was I included or consulted, as they advised I needed to be. When he was leaving he made a comment to my partner asking about her 'daughter'. This was meaning me! We are 29 and 31 years of age, we definitely not look like we have an age gap! If one of us was a male, would the same presumption of parent and child still have been made?! With all the training they have apparently had, it's a shame equality and diversity wasn't part of it!!
