Absolutely slowest long ques and the till. The staff are so slow they move as slow as sloths. They seem unaware the length of time people have to que. They have no sense of urgency. Half the tills are shut. They don't pull staff of off the floor when it is busy and put them on the closed tills. Customer service in general is very slow.

Every single time I visit Zara at highcross and use the trial room, that one particular male staff working there always seems irritated and rude when people bring back their clothes. I appreciate it is a taxing job to put the trial items back on hangers so I always go the extra mile to do this in the trial room before returning at the counter, but man this guy has such a bad attitude and always makes a face even when theirs literally only one or two items that were complicated for me to put back! I know this is not a boutique store where I can expect exceptional customer service but I definitely dont hope to see irritation on the staffs face which completely ruins my in person shopping experience. Hope Zara has better staff training and hiring process in the future.
