Called in November to get a carpet cleaner repaired. I was ask to bring it in after Christmas as they were so busy. Drove 15 miles to take it in and was told that they aren't accepting that particular make at the moment waste of time and fuel...never again...

Visited A-Z as they are my 'go to' place for any appliance issues. I was dealt with by Robyn who suggested a particular product. I'm pleased to report that it worked perfectly and has solved the leaking issue between connectors from dishwasher to waste trap. Excellent service as always, thanks

The element on our oven was broken and I telephoned them to see if they had one in stock that would be a suitable replacement. Unfortunately when they searched using the make and model of my oven they couldn't find a match but suggested bringing the old element in and they would find a match. I brought the old element in and they were able to find a suitable match and I have installed it successfully and the oven is now working again. Friendly and very helpful staff
