In total waited nearly 70 days nothing solved but at least Im not gonna wait for them anymore cuz they just called me and told me that they wont help. Thanks for telling me this! Good Job!
I sent them email 3 weeks ago to update the WiFi speed test. She clearly didnt even read it and then she asked me to send it again

Me: Yes, but thats only 4mbps. [super poor]
Her: Did the contract mention how fast the internet speed should be?

When I was trying to talk, she was like: but but but but. Me: Let me speak too, let me finish my sentence please.
Sorry for being annoying tenants and we should know that as long as we still have access to WiFi, even if its 4mbps, we shouldnt make any troubles for u guys!
