In yellow pages says free call out charge but actually charges 40!!! Advert is misleading!! Think this one needs to go to trading standards and watchdog!!

I advise no body to use this company complete waste of time and rip of merchants. The engineer came round said he had fixed problem with our washing machine charged me 38.50 call out +50.00 just to clean filter and said it would be ok now it's fixed. When we put a wash in it was still no good. When I tried to contact him he wouldn't answer his phone. Don't go Eny we're near this company. You do at your peril.

Please DO NOT use this company - they are the ultimate rip off COWBOYS!!! My poor dad who is 72 called them for washing machine repair, they came and said they had to take it away to repair it. My dad had to take his laundry to the launderette for 6 WEEKS!! After several phone calls from myself they finally delivered it back, charged my dad 160 and guess what it still didn't work. He called them back but they did nothing. Now he had to spend 250 on a new washing machine. My parents are not made of money - 160 is a lot of money to them! These people have no shame, no conscience, hope they go to hell!! I've reported them to Watchdog.
