Really poor service phone cut out and no return call from reception, call in from 8 by time you get through there's no appointment, have to call 111 to book appointment, above and behold I was booked straight in. Thought they had no appointments. Since COVID never any Body even in surgery, all seems to be done over telephone. What a joke, no care in the world. Problem is all doctors are the same now. Also the doctor was actually quite rude aswell. Very poor care.

Treatment has always been good but trying to get through to the surgery via phone is appalling.been tying to contact them for the last two days and left on the phone for over 25 minutes on each occasion....sent an E mail to complain but again no response. Turned up for an appointment on wed 10/01/23 ( booked at their request not mine ) to be informed that I had been deleted from the their system and that I would not be seen. It would be nice for somebody to at least talk to me, where is the duty of care ?.

It's a shame this place has gone down hill fast since the pandemic It's not very nice standing outside in the dark and cold morning listening to a person explaining her health problems to a so called receptionist who then told me when l got to her that l couldn't get an appointment till the next day.

This place is a joke. Half an hour on the phone just to get on the queue, after that another half an hour waiting for receptionist to pick up the phone and been told there is no spaces for today. They refuse to book an appointment for 1 year old child and suggested to go on A&E with problem which could be resolved by antibiotic.

Phoned 3 times only to be cut off, had to travel to the surgery for a response, asked why they didn't answer my call, was told they were very busy, yet the waiting room was empty, this needs to be sorted, it seems to be an ongoing issue.
