R4V Number Plates

Purchased a plate on their site in nov 22 for a Christmas present. paid over 1350 on my card , got email confirmation of the purchase. I wait 2 weeks and heard nothing, so emailed them. No reply and Im starting to worry as Christmas is only 10 days away now. Emailed again. No reply , called no answer, left VM twice no call back. So totally got burnt and let the other half down for Christmas. The company never replied to 11 attempts at contact. Never sent any paperwork or cert. For the reg. do not wast your time , spend you money else where

Really happy once again with my purchase of another fabulous plate from R4V. My family and I have now bought several cherished numbers which we will treasure forever and have proven to be brilliant investments too with the first ones now being worth four times more than we paid already!! Thanks

We bought registration plates, on the website they said that they were gonna be ready within 21 day we were waiting 4 weeks and nothing came from the company. So we tried to ring them and no-one picked up the phone. When we left the telephone number so they can ring me back which never happened. So we tried ringing the telephone number where you can buy new plates and someone pick up then and the women said that it is taking that long because DVAL is taking so long but if I pay another 20 then the plates will be ready next day.When I say that I wasn't going to pay more, then she said I need to choose different number plates then she can make them ready for next day. Because we didn't want to wait another week or longer, we changed them for different numer plates. Now when we check the website they are reselling the number plates that we bought the first time.
