I went today to ask for a repeating prescription for my mum, I asked the receptionist to ordered for me and she answered Im not a doctor! I told her I know you not a doctor I just asked you to ask the doctor! There are so rude so unprofessional and unhelpful is big shame all of these. Is shame after all of these complains and still there is change.

I have been a patient with this Surgery for a few years now, and I have all ways had a good experience with all the doctors and receptionists, and they have never ever been rude or unhelpful to wards me.

Got to see a dr today and he was brilliant, caring, thoughtful, listened. Thank you. Receptionist was helpful too. Felt like everyone was really trying. Much much better experience.
