        My finance was prescribed tablets to help with his condition by a SPECIALIST , a GP at this surgery has taken my finance off these tablets (which he was fine on ) out of "her choice" and now he has been left cold turkey with nothing!!!. Not sleeping at night in constant pain! Where was his further help? There was none , the receptionist is rude too!!!!!

        The staff are unhelpful, always trying to pass u off with lies resulting in angry and upset patient. Last thing a patient needs when coming to drs for help!!

        Receptionist are so rude I call around 9 yesterday for an appointment and they said you call late all the appointments for the day are booked and she ask me to call next at 8. I call them today at 8 and I was hold in the queue for last 15 mins and the receptionist said sorry all the appointments are booked I tried to convince her but she started being rude.
