Thank you Vijay for the advice and guidance and not rushing us n making a decision/choice when we bought our Ottoman bed (and pillows) from Potters Anstey. We were given a 6 week delivery time scale and arrived in less the 4. There was a tiny issue with one of the bolts not being the pack and Graham came and sorted it out immediately maintained social distance, wore gloves and a facemask and was ensured our safety was paramount as well as his own. Communication form start o finish was clear. In the current climate I am glad I went to a small family run business. Well done team Potters!

Well I purchased a simply delightful bit of flooring (not literally 1 bit, many bits for my many rooms) from these lovely chaps, and I must say what pleasurable experience it was. From the off they made me feel wonderfully at ease and my goodness do they know their onions about flooring! From purchasing right down to fitting they were excellent, and I must say the young chap who I believe was called Carl or maybe Cory, what a handsome devil, his arms looked lovely laying my flooring. I havent enjoyed my cup of tea that much in a while ;)
