        Incompetant practice,my dad's prescriptions are never correct,his doctor is informed by the hospital that he must have 2 weeks of antibiotics as a rescue pack, everytime they only let him have one week so my dad has to chase up another week's worth which causes him stress and frustration,there are lots of others whos prescriptions are never right either, the practice should be ashamed.

        I don't often visit to see a doctor. However, when you get unwell and need to see a doctor and ring to book an appointment, they do not even pick up the phone. I have been calling for 15 minutes and have given up. The service at this surgery is appalling
