        Brilliant surgery, have always been able to get an appointment even during covid. Reception staff are polite and the Doctors are very thorough and helpful.

        I joined this practice recently after moving to the area. Getting an appointment has been quick and easy and I haven't had to call over 30 times. I like the fact they ask you if it's urgent as it gave me the opportunity to see the GP the next day instead but also I got an on the day Appointment for My daughter as she is a baby and it was more urgent. Each doctor /nurse I have seen has been so friendly , makes you feel like you are being listened to and they are taking your health seriously. So pleased we have moved out of the city and have found such a great surgery near us.

        After recently moving into the area we registered at this doctors. They have been absolutely brilliant in terms of keeping up to date with my daughters immunisations - something which Groby Rd medical centre were diabolical at! Appointments at our old surgery were like gold dust but Glenfield Surgery have managed to book me in - twice - for emergency doctor appointments with no issues whatsoever. My husband has diabetes and so is often back and forth and theyve been brilliant with him too. So far so good! Its sad to see the 2 star rating on Google but its definitely a 5 star from us!
