Bluebird Care are an amazing company to work for, it's so rewarding and everyday is different from the last. Management are so understanding about childcare and any personal issues, they accommodate to customers so well and everyone is treated as an individual, not as another name.

I work at Bluebird Care Market Harborough and Oadby. I love my job. I feel very well supported by management and that I matter. There is a great work/life balance which for me is very important. I do feel that I am part of a team that makes a positive difference to the lives of the people we care for. Staff training is excellent and robust and there is realistic travel time between visits which makes being out and about less stressful. I would certainly recommend Bluebird Care Market Harborough and Oadby as both an excellent care provider for your loved ones and a brilliant place to work.
