Had small issue placing the order to start with over invoicing but rang them and it was all sorted out straight away. Otherwise excellent service, good people to speak to and fast delivery well within their stated time.

I called recently, enquiring about a kneeling chair, now that I am working from home. Sam was not only super lovely and accommodating but also lent me a kneeling chair to see if it suited me, as I had never sat in one before and didnt want to buy one without trying it first. After deciding it was just the job, Sam ordered me one and let me keep the loan chair until my own chair arrived. Super efficient, totally trustworthy and replies when she says she will. ** THE best chair experience EVER! ** Cant recommend highly enough!Anna

Great customer service! I ordered a desk for my daughter, which, it turned out, was not actually in stock. Sam emailed me straight away to offer me a refund or gave me the option to wait until it came back in. Unfortunately there were supply issues (as it was coming from China), and I ended up having to wait a few months. Sam kept me updated with regular emails and even price-matched it when I found it cheaper elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Ordering from the website wasn't that easy - all items ordered did not appear on the on-line form. However when I called the supplier the staff were very friendly and confirmed that the order had been received. I was updated with progress on processing the order and delivery dates.
