I do not go to this gp my mum in law does and arvinda is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help my elderly mum in law. She's an absolute credit to the NHS. Can not praise her enough. Thank you arvinda.

What on earth has happened to this surgery? They have now merged with 6 others which was supposed to bring great benefits and no noticeable changes to day to day care according to their blurb. In reality it meant me spending over an hour yesterday on the phone to them without success and another hour and 20 mins this morning till my call was answered. The merger has also affected their IT system which now means my NHS app no longer works to be able to order repeat prescriptions and no one seems to know why...

Reception staff are miserable, sound like they don't want to be there. I rarely call , I probably called twice last year and when I do call they make me feel like I'm wasting their time.

Ive been with them for 5 months. They have messed up my antidepressants twice. They are massively understaffed. Impossible to get appointments. Communication between staff is terrible. My sons jabs are a month overdue and I still havent got a letter (I have rung a few times and they keep saying to wait for a letter). My husband rung Friday, Monday, Tuesday and today to get an appointment at 8 (we set an alarm) and each time he got through was told there werent any appointments left and to try again tomorrow. Nobody seems to know what is going on. I went in on Friday because my meds were running out Monday, they said it was all fine ready to collect from pharmacy on Monday on repeat prescription. I went in to collect them from vision pharmacy and they said they hadnt been sent. Went in again today and they said they just issued it this morning (when my husband finally got through he had also asked about my meds so Im guessing thats when). The lady at the desk said it would be signed and sent over today . The lovely vision pharmacy gave me emergency meds. Then when I got home I had a missed call and message from the doctors to said I could pick it up in 2-3 days! Long story short I am changing gps as the service is terrible and Ive had to just call 111 when my kids get sick because I know Ill never get through to the doctor.
