Terrible customer services, tried to return a faulty item under a week old and it was terrible, Customer services was rube, unhelpful, and PLEASE BEWARE RETURNS ARE NOT WORKING BUT HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.

We had a under counter freezer delivery today. From ordering to delivery the service was brilliant. Updates regarding delivery was excellent right up to delivering. A big thank you to your company and the delivery guy's were absolutely fantastic thank you Ravi and Daryl . Will definitely be ordering again for any household appliances.

Ordered a cooker hood on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered early the next day, even on a bank holiday Monday. Cheaper than anywhere else and the delivery team Ardian and Chris P were first class and kept me updated with the delivery throughout the morning.

In my opinion not very helpful, looking for a microwave/grill drove 33 miles round journey only to find around 1/2 dozen small ovens, the product we went to look at was not on display although they had some in stock. Would I go again NO
