We dealt with Imogen Holmes to get our mortgage offer / life insurance / buildings and contents insurance and cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish she provided fast, polite, and informative responses ensuring she answered our questions as accurately as she could. This attitude continued via video calls where she remained customer-focussed and prioritised getting us the right products for us that met our needs. Something we found particularly impressive was Imogen had been seeing mortgage rates increase gradually over a short period and had good reason to believe the interest rates were set to rise and so wanted to get our mortgage in and approved before that happened. Within the space of 3 days, she had presented us with the available offers, gave us a day to think on what we wanted to go for, and submitted the application ensuring we got a good interest rate before the banks DID announce an interest rate increase! Honestly a fantastic service from start to finish Cannot recommend highly enough.
