        After receiving my bird aviary from delivery I unpacked it to find there were 5 pieces damaged, but after a couple of emails to and from Lauren she got things sorted and replaced the damaged items without too much hassle. Many thanks for your help and hard work regarding this issue

        Just received our triangular wooden pet house and put it together. It is fabulous, great quality and easy to assemble. The cats already live it! Very impressed with both the item and the swift delivery.
