Over the years we have built a strong working relationship and Simon (the Director) has been a great source of advice and he has worked tirelessly to resolves issues we have had.         The worse customer services, the owner is nothing but un professional person, the servicing is nothing but spraying something for 5 min and when you call to say it smells and can you send someone to come back they say they are busy and wont be able to and if you question him he getts rude. very un professional and no standard at all.
