        Has to be the most unhelpful and to be honest, non knowledgeable Estate agent in the Midlands. They tempt you in with cheap fee's, then until YOU contact them, there is no interaction. Do not use this company, pay the extra and get your house sold by professionals

        Do not in any circumstances sell your property through these crooks. Very underhanded and sly tactics by this dodgy estate agents. They will try to sell the property to their mates at under market value, by telling all potential buyers the property is sold or under offer when in reality it isnt. Avoid these conmen at all costs.

I decided to call newton fallowell yesterday 12/1/23 the lady that picked my call was very good and I am happy with her responses. Still waiting and wish to rent the property thank you
