        I don't like to leave negative reviews, but as other reviews have mentioned, father and son team Gary and Luke are good talkers. They almost have a dodgy car salesmen feel about them. They initially came across as friendly and helpful, but when I had issues with the bad job the fitters did - who were rude and did everything to do the job as quickly as possible and leave as quickly as possible - they weren't interested. No solutions offered. The real test of any company and its customer service is when things go wrong, and in this case Gary and Luke failed. 2 stars for the decent product and price. Overall, would not recommend Carpetshire.
