Awful service!!! Ordered a car seat from them and deliver estimated time said 7-10 working days and its been three weeks since the order I rang them about my order and was on hold from caller number 7 to caller number 1 for over 30 mins and when I reached caller number 1 I was still waiting another 20 min until I got another important phone call, and then they disconnected the line. Wouldnt order from them again and wouldnt recommend to anyone!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS. I placed an order for a baby seat (000143962). Website stated that i would receive in 7-10days. I had to chase the order twice after not receiving it by the 10th working day. I was told that they were chasing with their supplier. This is simply not good enough, they shouldnt show items as in stock on their website when they are not. By the 16th day I had to cancel the order which meant my 18 month old daughter had to do a 240mile round trip in a small seat. Sent an email complaint which still hasnt been responded to. Shocking customer service.

I'd give 3.5/5 stars. We ordered a pram set the baby show in London via baby planet on 5th March. 2 weeks later, no confirmation. I decided to look at the reviews for baby planet and became worried due to seeing lots of 1star and a suspicious influx of 5 star reviews. I contacted baby planet and they apologised and sent us a confirmation. We then received a link for the 2nd half of the payment once baby planet received the product from the manufacturer. Initially we had a problem with the link but that's because the address has to be written exactly the same as it was on the order or something. Anyway once we paid and it was all confirmed, we received a date for the delivery and everything came on time. Tbh at the show were were quoted about 6-8 weeks.

Look like all the positive reviews are fake! Because, as per the other 4,000 reviews my experience of this company was terrible. Said a car seat was in stock and it was a 7-10 working day delivery. I received no confirmation of my order and when I emailed to chase I was told that it was "7-10 working days when the item is available" even though the website said it was "in stock" Immediately cancelled my order but then I had to chase a further 3 times to ensure I was getting refunded. Honestly, save yourself the time, effort and money and AVOID Baby Planet (or is it Baby land??? - again this is unclear on the Emails)
