        We came this morning to the medical centre for my son to have blood weve only been to medical centre twice , as we live in aylestone. Today we went in and found how spotlessly clean the cafe is and how welcoming they make you feel I will definitely recommend a visit when you've been in medical centre. Go for a cuppa of a bite to eat We had hot chocolate and cheese and onion toasties presented lovely and tasted lovely Thanks girls we will be bk again xx

        We were down the surgery for blood tests and we went into An Apple a Day. Boy, are we glad we did. Clean spotless place, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Everything cooked to order. We thoughly recommend trying the breakfast and the ham salad cobs were out of this world, absolutely stuffed with filling. Well done Jo & the team.
