My mum an elderly patient in her 70s -a heart patient-recently moved to this surgery due to convenience and closeness to her home. The staff are very rude and like many who have had a similar experience wait from 8 oclock ringing and then get told no appointment available. Then asked to contact 111. The doctors are very rude too -dont seem to really care, especially one of doctor who is available on Friday.

Reception staff behaves like doctors and taking decisions for patients without a referral. This adds more confusion and more work for themself and their patients. Very poor code of conduct and management.

My mum went to this practice! Shocking service. She was allowed to run out of medication, then her medication was changed and she was put on a medication that put her at risk of stroke although she is a very high risk patient. She just had a stroke and the drs here have done nothing to reach out to hear or check up on her. I am appalled and will be formally reporting the adverse event to the medication and the treatment she has received that has impacted her health.
