ERY HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE, SCAMMERS , and some of the Agency staff are Very Rude, did not work for them, as i paid almost 200 course and DBS fees, and now 6 months later i still havent received my DBS, when i called up to enquire, spoke to a very Rude agency staff who told me she cannot do anything about it and its the goverments fault, baring in mind that i did DBS so many times before and it did not more than a month and i have a clean record, i also know the goverment rules regarding DBS that it takes 6-8weeks max and up to six months in expetions, i have now completed 6 minthand and havent got anything. Then she goes on to say who knows i might have recieved it but did something else with it, so she clearly accused me, SHOCKING! I then spoke to her senior who was equally RUDE and lacks proffessionalism whatsoever, who goes to explain that she is unable to do anything as its the goverments fault but she can give me the refrence number, when i agreed to take it she starts makinh excuses and says that she cant privide it anymore as it comes along with the other employees numbers and its confidential information, then she hangs up, absolutely SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR. I do not believe they sent my DBS application at all, i do not recommend, BEWARE!! DO NOT SIGN UP, 0 stars from me.
