EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE We have been living in one of the property, that consists of a 2 bedroom house, at leicester, well looked after by Rathod Agency for nearly a decade now. We are having a very pleasant stay at this house, where all issues are promptly dealt with and resolved. Mr. Vijay Rathod has always been there for us, whenever we needed his attention on any issues regarding the property maintenance, be it replacing the carpet, boilers, doors, windows, locks, water taps, backyard fence etc, and has so far never disappointed or let us down in any way. Further he is very kind-hearted and understanding to all our needs and necessities inside the property. Recently in the month of March23, on our request, all our rooms was fitted with new window blinds as well as a new cooker hob in the kitchen was provided. He has also been very helpful and cooperative in the past. The property is well looked after and maintained by Mr. Vijay Rathod, who personal removes time to visit the property after any repairs or replacement work is carried out, to make sure every work is completed as per the required safety standards. Furthermore, he makes sure that we are not only safe inside the property, but happy as well. In addition, all his office staff are polite and helpful. We feel fortunate to be living in one of his properties and would highly recommend and suggest any family looking to purchase or rent a property in leicester to pay a visit to Mr. Vijay Rathod, whose office is situated in melton road, before making any hasty decision. Trust me this gentleman will not let you down.
