        Terrible service. My father ordered set of two ceiling lights, one arrived damaged. No instructions of how to return. Have emailed no response, have tried to call no one answers, even wrote a letter, no reply. Would not recommend. :(

        Fantastic customer service. Firstly I ordered a ceiling pendant from Leycroft, it arrived within days and great quality. Unfortunately it was too small for our living room (our fault). I then ordered a ceiling pendant from an alternative provider but the shades were poor quality. Fortunately the shades from the Leycroft pendant fitted perfectly but I was two shades short. All this has been communicated to Dave Anderson from Leycrofts and he was extremely helpful in ensuring a further two shades were posted out and I now have a bespoke light fitting which looks absolutely great. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for quality and service.
