        I was standing in the shop waiting for some assistance 3 people came after me and they got served and I was like invisible. Maby for new people guy there is nice and helpful but I was not there first time and it was always cold . Definitely worst GW store I visit in UK .

        Long time painter of other brand miniatures but first time going into a Warhammer store. I didn't get his name but the member of staff who helped me was exceptionally friendly and clearly is passionate about his job. The store was immaculate and the miniatures they had on display were fascinating. I will definitely be going into Warhammer stores more often if they are anything like this one.
