The worst customer experience I have ever had! Avoid at all costs. I had an issue that resulted in me having to go across the city in two different taxis to another O2 branch (beaumont leys) , who resolved my problem very quickly and very professionally. They also mentioned that many customers come complaining about the highcross branch, so i'm definitely not the only one. The highcross O2 branch however, not only did not have any concern about my initial issue, but when I explained the other branch resolved my issue and how disappointed I was with the customer service in this branch, I was met with hostility and generally just plain rudeness. So much so, the assistant manager Amraz, apologised for his rudeness to me before I left. Here's some examples of what was said to me by Amraz and his colleague Amit: Amraz (assistant manager, O2 employee for 12 years he said) "If you don't like the service then go to another shop, you don't have to shop at O2." "Do you want the phone or not??" - Bear in mind this is after i've paid 498 to upgrade and get my new phone and done several trips to collect it, in response to me telling him how bad the customer service is. Immediately I told him you don't decide that for me i've already paid for it. "Imagine if every customer came in complaining i'd been giving out free phone cases to 10 customers or more." - after i've asked for a gift or some kind of compensation for my taxi journey's, distress etc. Amit (employee): "The guys at the other branch are losers, their franchise and they're sad the shops closing down. Some of them have even tried to sell weed to customers." - why he had to mention that to me I don't know like how much more unprofessional do you want to be? I asked him where's the consideration of the customer and he said: "To be honest it's not my company so I don't care about the customers needs" In front of the assistant manager who said nothing... Ultimately, it's O2 who's at fault in terms of organisation of franchise, corporate and the phone team. They all had different things to say about the same situation, as if it were 3 different companies. But I still don't like how I was treated.

They are there only to sell! Dont go there expecting any after sales or service related issues, they will simply ask you to call customer service. They should hang a board saying SALES ONLY quality of O2 service is going down day by day unfortunately.

Very poor service only wanted to pay my bill and they couldn't help had to put me on the phone to customer services who had already slamed the phone on me 3 times. The shop is only there to sell phones not help customers with problems or even take a payment for a bill. They locked me out the app for being 3 days late on paying my bill so paying it was impossible as they kept putting the phone down. Tried to make a complaint and they wouldn't let me. Don't go with 02 ee has 10 times better customer service.
