Worst medical surgery in the UK hands down! They've been getting countless complaints down the years for their terrible customer and patient service as well as conduct by receptionists and doctors alike. Due to the bad reputation they had accumulated over the years they've now moved to 2B Stoughton Drive North, Leicester and changed their surgery name to Horizon Healthcare but are still employing the same rude receptionists and ignorant doctors that don't listen to patients' concerns. Don't fall for it! It's the same wolves in sheepskin! At their new surgery they still haven't even implemented the online appointment booking service which is available at every single NHS surgery up and down the country except them! Avoid this surgery like the plague and remove all your family and friends from there! I left this joke of a surgery years ago! If you want to be treated like dirt and find it impossible to get an appointment and to communicate with their blockheaded staff, go here, or go elsewhere! Deserves 0 stars in all honesty but no option for it! They treat patients like herds of sheep, even worse!

Doctors are good but reception staff are rude, they don't even talk properly needs proper customer service training.

I removed myself and my family from this surgery I dont know if Ive been seen by the doctor or nurse very Unprofessional dont know anything Top of that the receptionists very rude not trained how to deal with the complaint. I wont recommande We dont feel to be in the uk or Europe its a shame
