Ordered in April, item on 3 week delivery. Then told it would be in Aug, and now called and told end Sept. I called the manufacturer who said that the retailer knew this as the time they placed the order. What a waste of everyone's time and money now they just have to refund me.

Do not purchase from this website.... I made an order on 14th September an only receive my table on 1st December. This was not the 4-6 week lead time quoted on the website at the time. I had to chase repeatedly, and was told it was a problem with the supplier. Throughout this time I was given dates when the item would arrive into the warehouse. It did not arrive. I was offered a 5% discount to compensate the delay but this was never refunded. To top it all off, the black colour of the table comes off on everything and it chips with everyday use. Great. If you still choose to order from this website absolutely do not order Pheno Black Oak 220cm Rectangular Dining Table.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait a month to receive the item and when it arrived it was appalling quality - wonky legs and a drawer that didn't open and was chipped. It took them 2 weeks to collect the item and I am now at a further 2 and a half weeks on trying to get the refund. They keep lying about having done the refund and then asking for more time when I call them out on their lie. I am now starting to fear they are actually a fraudulent company so have initiated a chargeback with my credit card company to try to get the refund I am due. Altogether a horrifically stressful experience and needless to say, I absolutely would not recommend them.
