        Rang at 8am and got in the queue. Told there were no appointments available! It's 8am how can there be no appointments!??

        WOW!! I rang up at 8 a.m. the phone line was very busy. An automated voice asked if I wanted a call back when I became number one in the telephone queue, I said yes, and got call back 12 minutes later. Receptionist Helen took the details of my enquiry, then told me that I'd get a call back from a doctor later. I did get a call back from the doctor at about 12:30, which wasn't a problem to me. The whole process was dealt with politely, & professionally.

        When you ring up to try and get an appointment, you are usually spoken to in a completely rude and unprofessional manner. The attitude of the reception staff is disgusting!!!! The people responsible should be ashamed of themselves, they're in the wrong job.
