        Well first of the coat itself is of poor quality and not described as on the website and secondly return process they dont offer pre paid label so you will have to pay for postage which cost me over 8! This is unacceptable for a online retail shop. Dissapointed and wont be using again

        Non existent customer service. Don't expect a response EVER. Sent an enquiry before the purchase - they never got back to me. I purchased the item anyway and wasn't satisfied with it - sent and enquiry regarding returns and once again no response. I consider this an obstruction for a lawful return. EDIT/RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: last email that I sent to the mentioned address was 27th October.

        Do not expect timely refunds or expedient communication from this company from the United States or UK. There are significant delays in attentive customer service and responsiveness to customer concerns. While the product itself is exceptional, a positive buying and customer experience is severely limited by these frustrations. London duffle could use a zipper.
