I worked as a supply teacher for ASPIRE for 6 years and Amanda was my contact. She was superb. Always on top of everything. Always had work for me and super supportive. I never felt alone when being placed at a school. My work I received from Amanda was mainly long term contracts as thats what I wanted but she always had work for me if the term ended early and there was a week of work elsewhere. Never, was I out of work. She really hustles for you. Pay was always good and on time. Never a problem. I highly recommend Amanda and ASPIRE. You cant go wrong.

After 20 years of full time teaching I dicided to work through various agencies. Aspire has kept me busy ever since and Amanda Afzal has being instrumental in booking me in many schools over the midlands. The reason why I work with Aspire is that when offered a position within a school I feel supported and well prepared for the role.
