    Love the clothes here, quality of material is really good. Bought a lovely black off the shoulder jumper style top for me (F)Washes really nice, no shrinkage, feels lovely. and a wallet for my other half. (M). And I've bought a fabulous shoulder bag in black leather.. love it !!!

    We bought there a leather dress. However quality of material was not even close to quality of the design. I'm not going shopping there any more.

    What a charmer! Experienced what can only be described as very rude bordering on aggressive customer service . I went to the store to return an item as unsuitable. Was told as I had paid via klarna that I was unable to return to store by Kerrie. I had already called Allsaints customer service to check and had been advised I was fine to return to store. She asked who had told me to return to store in a very patronising/ rude tone and wanted me to return the item via Royal Mail. Throughout the transaction she made her feelings very clear about her distain for the whole process. I suggest she gets some customer service training! Miraculously the return went through and got a email immediately from Klarna. Wasnt that hard after all. I get it, we all have bad days, I hope Kerrie has a better day tomorrow. Generally speaking its usually good customer service in this store.
