        Worse service ever! On the phone to them for 1hour waiting for appointment and then they say to you call back in the afternoon. You call back in the afternoon and get told there's no appointments available call back tomorrow!!

        Rubbish service from the reception first you hold in the queue for over an hour and then you like number 5 and am sure they not even taking the calls. People just get tired of waiting and cut the call off and if you do get through then you just going to end up having an argument because you didnt get appointment. Please people avoid this practice. Will be moving to a different practice soon.wish I could write my view without giving them a star.

        3 hours 15 minutes on hold No appointment in the end I was number 1 in the queue for more than an hour and then 6.30pm came and the surgery closed. Where are the staff ?
