    Good experience buying a suite. No pressure. Jay was very thorough giving us all the options. Nothing was too much bother!!! Good price. Took out insurance on the suite as it covered just about everything. Would shop there again.

    If i could give zero stars i would. I have previously submitted a good review before I received the sofa...huge mistake! I was co erced into this by the chance to be entered into a draw to receive my product for free. On receiving the sofa, it was faulty. There was a huge dent in the arm. It looked like something had been resting on it for a long time. I sent photo of the fault to Fabb furniture and also called them re the fault. They advised that I could have the sofa repaired or receive a partial refund. The sofa I bought should have looked brand new. I reluctantly agreed to a repair. Repair still hasnt been carried out nearly 3 months later. On asking management if I could be reinbursed a percentage of the sofas full price for the inconvenience and the fact that I had received what did not look like a brand new sofa i was told that i could keep it in the condition it was or have it repaired. I do not see why i have paid full price for what i thought would be a brand new sofa and end up with a "repaired" sofa! Customer service is shocking! For the time i have spent on phone calls to Fabb furniture and forthe quality of the sofa I should be reinbursed. Would you pay full price for a faulty sofa?! April 13th and im still waiting for my replacement arm cover. Reaching for something under the sofa and i find that the metal underneath is corroding and paint falling off! Please see photo. The inconvenience caused has and still is taking up a LOT of my time and no compensation has been offered...even after asking!!!

    I ordered and paid for in full 1167.00 for a Bed and Mattress on 29th December 2022. My order confirmation and the staff in store said the order would take 4 weeks. I chased at the end of January to be told it would be a few more weeks. This has now been going on like this with many calls from me but very few returned calls from your company. Half way through February I was getting concerned so requested a refund but still leaving a deposit of 350.00 to keep the items on order. Promised delivery dates have come and gone and was told it would be into your store by the end of March. I had not had any updates so called today to get an update. I was informed by Kieron that the order was now going to be the middle of April. I requested a refund and was surprised to be told I could not have a refund but due to the delays you would refund me the delivery charge of 89.00. Meaning that you would still have 261.00 of my money and no goods! They have now credited me in full.

    If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. So we went in with the leicester shop at fosse Park, shockingly the salesman was more than helpful but as we are a couple in our 20's with a baby we didn't have time to look at reviews and I wish we had. The sleezy scumbag knew we was in need of a bed as we foolishly overshared information thinking he was a decent bloke. Oh how wrong we was. Anyway he was happy to take my 800 and said it will be roughly 7 weeks. More like 4 months anyways long story short I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to completely avoid this store its absolute garbage and the customer service, well where do I even start. Monotone emotionless back passage hole is close enough. Still waiting now!! Utter rubbish you'd get better service from a scrapyard dog than this shower of rubbish. I would like to add that I would of preferred swear words as its more accurate but have to keep it PG. AVOID AVOID AVOID I'd rather catch covid than deal with these scammers.
