Nothing short of genuinely shocking. The 5-star reviews are fishy (most of which seem fake or written by tenants bribed to rate them highly in hopes of winning an voucher as outlined in their emails sent out). Use quite literally another other company. Rat infestations do not concern these people.

I would vary if you are interested in one of their properties as they are unable to contact you and pull you by nose with no explanation whatsoever. If the initial treatment of their potential customer is as abysmal as my experience, I might have dodged the bullet in a long run.
