I am totally unsatisfied at tigers ways centre Leicester. I booked for Dpf flush service. The customer representative person on phone told me the procedure what they will do totally opposite what they have done. They told me to put the solution for 24 Hours and they put 2 hours accidentally he said to me, secondly they recommended me to do 1 hours diagnostics before doing the flush when i asked if i dont need it they didnt emphasise or didnt say its compulsory on phone so i booked it online only the flush service, when i went to the centre they said rudley we need to do diagnostics first compulsory i said it wasnt mentioned while booking online, i agreed and gave the diagnostics fee 50. Now after the flush they said we were not succeeded u have to bring it to the specialists. The problem is they didnt do their Job properly firstly solution should remain for 1 day and they put only for 2 hours secondly i need to accelerate more to get the speed instead of it was before the flush. So I wont recommend any body to go for DPF flush at Halfords, go for the ones who give warranty for 1 years at least. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Booked in a full service on Saturday. They also fixed one of my front lights as well with no extra charge which I thought was kind of them. Collected the car at the end of the day. However driving it back home from the garage, I noticed the fan/blower turned on full blast as soon as I turned the engine on and even when I tried to turn it all off via the control panel it still stayed on. This wasnt an issue before I took it to the garage and I was even asked if there were any issues and I said no. I called this morning as they were closed on Sunday and the guy told me that they wouldnt have gone close to the AC or done anything to it but clearly something in the process has messed it up. They said they can take a look at it but they would charge extra 50 to diagnose it! So I am not coming back here again!
