Booked vehicle in for diagnostics to investigate airbag warning light issue and another issue with the parking sensors. Hadn't used UNR Automotive before but the reviews looked good and I liked the fact that they were VW specialists. Very impressed with the service I received. Beth in reception was very friendly as was Mitch, the mechanic. He kept me informed on the results of the diagnostics and how they fixed the issues. They also carried out a vehicle health check and made us aware of a potential wear and tear issue. Dropped the vehicle off in the morning and it was repaired on the same day at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend, especially if you have a VW group vehicle.

Taken my vehicle to UNR Autos to have work done , only to return to damage to my vehicle, when questioned about the damage the owner completely denied ownership of the damaged done to the vehicle, the job was not completed to satisfaction,and was then told I should have taken it to a Bodyshop and told me it was not charging me for the job and gave me my keys, after him quoting me for the job and taking it on , I was really disappointed and upset to find my vehicle in the state I received it in , after returning with footage to show him the vehicles condition 15 mins prior to arrival to his garage, his response was appalling, was not interested, and was interested in showing me any of his footage he claimed he had also , I would definitely not use or recommend this garage to anyone, due to his dishonesty and unprofessional conduct, I was very very upset , who wouldnt be after finding damage to your vehicle, check your vehicle before leaving it , and make a note
