        I recently brought my extremely slow 10 year old laptop in to see if it could be upgraded but was advised that it would be more cost effective to replace. Without the hint of a hard sell or pressure to buy, Vipul went through all the benefits of new PCs. After looking at all the options I eventually purchased a desktop and as part of the service the contents of my laptop was transferred onto the new PC. The service I received at NTL was second to none and extremely professional.

        Just had my really slow but only two year old Dell desktop PC (bought elsewhere) upgraded with a new hard drive. It's now about five times faster than before! Saved me buying a new one. Great work by Vipul at NTL.
