Manageress very unprofessional Staff not very helpful ..I bought a refurbished iPad that was faulty ..The manageress told me I should of bought a new one .which I found insulting

Best place to buy cell phones with good contract deals. All brands like iPhones, samsung, nothing google, etc. You can get with great deals. There is a lovely and beautiful lady at the 02 Leicester Beaumont shop, Rachael. She is very professional,soft spoken and sorted out my new phone, sold me a virgin broadband and offered me a new tablet. She is a rare gem to the company and a true leader. I sat in the store and watched her multitasked. I was intrigued by all she did and when it was my turn to be served , I had to tell her she is a gem. Thank you for an excellent service and keep that smile lovely. Will be visiting the store again for this brilliant. Thank you Rachael. 5 star service
